I apologize, Mark, I was able to locate the account. Your installation completed on 12/19/2019. Was it Customer Care that you were having issues with on the phone or Tech Support? – Keira
That is strange, Customer Care should have had no issues whatsoever finding your account, but I can understand Tech Support as the account is still new. – Keira

I have checked my systems and they are reporting that the modem was shipped to you using UPS and arrived at your residence on Thursday 12/19/2019 around 11:22 am. I have checked for notes from the technician about why they had to come twice. – Jamie

Hello Mark, I apologize for the delay in responding to your message. I have just arrived back into the office. I am sorry that the modem arrived late. Has the service improved with the new modem? – Jamie
I am sorry that they were having issues with finding the account. Sometimes when the account is brand new, the account or order only shows in certain systems. If the agent you spoke with did not know to look into those certain systems, they would not have been able to find the account. – Jamie

I’ve submitted feedback on the experience you had trying to call in with support on your account. Hello Mark, from what I have read from the conversation is this: You had issues with the service You called tech support and customer care Agents had issues locating your account We finally found the account and issued you a new modem The modem was delayed in arriving You received the modem You reached out to us here on Twitter Jamie assisted you with locating the modem and asked if the new modem fixed the service Jamie informed you that with a newer account, some agents are not always able to find the accounts Jamie left the office and I took over the conversation I advised you that we would be sending feedback to the agents that you spoke to so that they learn how to locate the accounts. Is there anything else that I could assist you with, other than what has already been addressed?

PROBLEM WITH USA ENGLISH?
The original issue was confusion locating the new account. You asked us, do we train we are agents to lie to the customer. After we collected the account number and verified the account. We discussed the modem that shipped on 12/19/2019. When you didn’t respond we confirmed you were asking when the modem was shipped. you stated it was shipped late. We apologized for the late modem and inquired if the service was working properly with the new modem. You stated the issue was the agents were stupid and were only trained to lie to the customers. We again apologies for this and explained that it can take a day or two for new accounts to be full access to the system. You then accused our agents of causing you to have a stroke and you would report us to a federal deportation agency. We explained to you that we have sent a request for review for the agents you spoke with. You ordered us to reread what had happened. One of our agents did so and broke down the previous conversation. You then accused us of lying to you again and not doing anything to help you. We asked what you wanted us to do. You then stated that we need to improve our understanding of English and to continue to do the same thing we had been doing, nothing. We have sent a request to have those calls pulled and the agents coached for not properly assist you. If you would like us to address another concern you have we will do so but we do need you to tell us what issues you are having. -Joseph

When I was informed I do not have an account with Centurylink!
THAT DID IT!
The issue is still not solved!
I blame Centurylink or hiring outside CSR’s!

They failed 2 times to fulfill a “high dollar amt. order!
