- A so-called technician was o come b and activate my modem. No show!
- The net day! I called them. I was told I do not have an account with them. I asked? “If I don’t have an account where did the modem come from?” Silence! I asked?
- “How did I get a technician to come here 2 times in 1 day? The same!
- 3mbps? Is “FAST?”
When you’re dealing with “outsourced csr’s? They will say anything to you! More than likely? Because of the distance.
When you contact them either via chat, call, email?
You will feel like your dealing with the Federal Government!
Ft. dragging, procrastination, passing the buck!

When someone responds to you?
Centurylink employees will “Stroke you!”The Company is nothing but a redistributor of services!
